Introduction

History

The BP Polo team was established in 1989 in Ipoh, Malaysia. It began with Dato Beh, the first generation who needed a team name and polo organization to compete globally. Polo history has an endless list of examples: the Heguys, The Arayas and the Gracidas, among many other. The Beh’s are the Malaysian example, Dato Beh, the father has 3 sons and a daughter. The Beh’s family engagement grew, with the first 2 sons, Chevy and Joevy are already great polo enthusiasts. The third son, Garvy, although still young will quite surely follow his brother’s footsteps.

The Beh’s passion for polo is in their blood and this keeps them to compete whenever possible. The BP POLO team is widely recognized in the polo circuit. The team has competed in many countries namely: Brunei, Singapore, Spain, England, United States, Argentina, Chile and France.

We hope that BP POLO will carry on the tradition to future generation and to enhance our ambassador ship internationally.
